Refund Policy
Oceanwave Tech (“Oceanwave Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a limited refund option within 30 days of order placement, subject to the terms outlined below. Oceanwave Tech reserves the right to modify or discontinue this refund policy at any time, with or without prior notice, depending on the circumstances.
The 30-day refund eligibility applies strictly upon review of the initial deliverables only. Once a client requests revisions to the initial concepts, the project is considered active and ongoing, and the refund guarantee becomes void.
Timely and clear client feedback is essential to the creative process. Delays in communication may affect eligibility under this policy.
Refund Terms & Conditions
Refund requests will not be entertained if the client remains non-responsive for 15 consecutive days during an active project.
Clients may request to place a project on hold for valid reasons by contacting:

Any request for revisions or design modifications to the initial concepts — regardless of complexity — voids refund eligibility.
Failure to respond to status updates or approval requests may void the refund guarantee.
If any portion of a package has been finalized or approved, refunds will not apply to remaining components.
Expedited services, rush work, and 24-hour turnaround services are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds will not be granted due to change of mind.
Agencies or design firms ordering services on behalf of third parties are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellation requests made before delivery of initial concepts may qualify for a refund.
Duplicate charges will be refunded in full upon verification.
If Oceanwave Tech fails to deliver agreed-upon services as per documented terms (with valid proof), a refund may be requested.
For bundled packages (e.g., Logo, Stationery, App, Website, Social Media Marketing, Brochure), refunds are prorated based on services not yet initiated. Claims must be made prior to commencement of that specific service.
Additional Conditions
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
A special or discounted package was selected.
The primary design concept has been approved.
Revisions have been requested.
Cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to Oceanwave Tech.
The client has been non-communicative for more than two consecutive weeks.
Company policies or contractual terms have been violated.
Another designer, developer, or company has been engaged for the same project.
The creative brief lacks required information.
Complete design direction changes are requested after concept development.
The refund request is submitted beyond the stated timeframe.
The business is closing or undergoing restructuring.
Promotional or discounted offers were applied (promotional services are non-refundable).
Reasons such as internal disagreements, business restructuring, or change of preference do not qualify for refunds.
For bundled services, dissatisfaction with one service entitles the client only to consideration of refund for that specific unused service — not the entire package.
Refund claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
Social Media Management
SEO Services
Domain Registration
Web Hosting
Third-party subscriptions or integrations
Website-related refunds will not be considered once the design has been approved and moved into development.
Communication & Delivery
All official communications must be conducted through the client’s registered email address.
Oceanwave Tech will make reasonable efforts to contact the client regarding delivery and approvals. If no response is received after multiple documented attempts and seven consecutive days have passed since delivery notification, the project will be deemed accepted, and refund eligibility will cease.
If the client remains non-responsive for 10 consecutive days during the project lifecycle, the money-back guarantee will automatically become void.
Oceanwave Tech retains sole discretion in evaluating refund requests in accordance with documented agreements and project records.
Ownership & Rights Upon Refund
Oceanwave Tech reserves the right to reject or cancel any project at its discretion.
If a refund is issued:
All rights granted to the client for use of the designs or deliverables are revoked immediately.
All concepts, drafts, and materials remain the exclusive property of Oceanwave Tech.
The client may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any refunded work in any form.
